However, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit the way you had expected or match the piece you were trying to get a partner for. Therefore, we will accept returns within 14 days of the Original Shipment Date to You. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Returned garments must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant smell or stains, pet hair, and not worn or in a used condition. State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not accept any worn items for return or exchange. Additionally, we do not accept panties back under any condition. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size, and color. For the health and safety of our employees, returns of worn items will not be accepted. All intimate wear sales including all lingerie are final and not eligible for return unless received damaged or in an incorrect size. Items that do not meet the requirements outlined above will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange.
Shipping charges are non refundable. All returns must include a Return Merchandize Authorization. Returns without a RMA will not be accepted. Any package that is refused and sent back is not eligible for a refund or exchange. This also includes packages where multiple delivery attempts are made and sent back to us as undeliverable. Returns must be received within seven business days after a RMA number is issued. Returns received after that time will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be issued store credit. All credits are processed within one to two weeks from when we receive your return. Credits are posted to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Please note: We do not provide pre-paid return labels and recommend a tracking method and insurance for shipping the return. We will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged while being returned to us.
All international sales are final.
Return Instructions: Please email rachel@thegreaterlawoman.com for a Return Authorization Number and state the reason for your return. You must include the RMA number with your return. Merchandise without a RMA number will not be accepted.

Where do you charge taxes?
State tax regulations require that we collect tax in the state of California.
Why am I paying tax on freight?
State tax regulations require that we collect tax on shipping and handling where applicable. All sales taxes that are collected are paid to the state where tax is collected and merchandise has shipped.
Backorders
What if not all of the items I want are backordered?
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, the in-stock items will ship first. The backordered item(s) will ship as they become available. We pay shipping on back ordered items as our thank you for waiting!
Canceling & Modifying Orders
We will do our best to help you cancel or modify an order. We are happy to cancel back orders or orders for in-stock items that have not shipped. All in-stock orders or back orders that have shipped will have to go through the return process. If you have placed a special order that we cannot cancel with the manufacturer, we will be unable to cancel the order or accept a return. Please call us at 562/930-0339 to cancel or modify your order.
How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?
We ship all of our women plus size clothing orders withing 2 days of receiving your order. If there are any back orders or other issues, you will be notified immediately.
